Corporate Health Screening

Your staff are essential to the smooth running of your business and when health issues arise, they can impact on performance and drive-up absenteeism

At Courtyard Health Clinic, we offer advanced health screening for all members of your team. Using a modular, personalised approach, we provide in-depth assessments, ongoing follow-up, and continuity of care to support long-term wellbeing and business resilience.

Corporate health screening is designed for businesses or specific industries. It focuses on employee wellbeing and occupational health, often including sector-specific checks (for example, spirometry or other role-related tests). The goal is to identify risks early, support workforce health, and meet workplace requirements.

From tracking results over time to targeted screening, lifestyle support, and proactive health management, our experience shows that continuity and precision are key. We are happy to arrange a meeting to explore bespoke screening packages that suit your organisation’s needs.

Corporate medical assessments

At Courtyard Health Clinic, we provide pre-employment medical assessments either through detailed questionnaires or in-person consultations. These assessments can be scheduled directly by employers.

Sometimes, prospective employees may be required to complete medical forms as part of their application process, especially for positions overseas.

Since pre-employment medical requirements differ depending on the role and employer, please send any relevant forms along with your enquiry to help us prepare.

Medical forms and reports

From health and safety requirements to insurance certification, we can assist with the completion of most medical forms for your employees. In many cases, the assessment and form completion can be undertaken during a standard consultation with one of our doctors. Please note that additional charges may apply if further investigations are required, for example, blood tests or imaging.

We kindly ask that your employee supplies a summary of their NHS GP records, along with any other relevant medical correspondence.

Visa medicals

If a member of your team needs to travel to and work in another country, they may require a Visa Medical depending on the country they will be working in.

We can assist with the completion of most Visa Medical forms. In many cases, the assessment and form completion can be undertaken during a standard consultation with one of our doctors. Please note that additional charges may apply if further investigations are required, for example, blood tests or imaging.

We kindly ask that they provide a summary of their NHS GP records, along with any other relevant medical correspondence.

DVLA medicals

If the DVLA has requested medical certification regarding fitness to drive for one of your employees, we offer a range of medical assessments and tests to support this process.

This may be necessary if they have developed a notifiable medical condition or disability that could impact their ability to drive safely. Or it may be necessary for their specific role, such as HGV driver or specialist vehicle operator.

Should a member of your team require a DVLA medical assessment, please ensure they bring the following information and documentation with them to their appointment:

  • The D4 Medical Form
  • Photographic identification (passport or driving licence)
  • Any current medication
  • Relevant correspondence from GP or hospital, as well as any investigation results related to medical conditions that may impact their driving eligibility
  • Glasses or contact lenses, if worn

Please note that additional charges may apply if we need to contact their NHS GP or a medical specialist for further information.
