Health Screening
A comprehensive health screen is a practical way to assess your current health status, whether you are seeking reassurance or looking to identify potential issues before they become apparent.
At Courtyard Healthcare Clinic, we believe that health screening is only as valuable as its interpretation. While test results are important, they have limited usefulness without clinical context. That is why all our health screens include direct consultation time with a doctor who will discuss your results in detail, considering your medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.
Our approach is thorough, professional, and highly personalised. Many of our patients are in good health and view screening as a preventative tool. For those wishing to optimise their wellbeing or address specific concerns, we also offer guidance on lifestyle modification and ongoing care.
We place strong emphasis on continuity and relationship-based care. Your initial health screen allows us to build a clear picture of your health, which is invaluable if you choose to return for future consultations.
A Sensible, Structured Approach to Screening...
We recognise that every individual’s health concerns are different. That is why our screening process is modular and adaptable. We begin with a comprehensive core screening package and offer additional test modules only where clinically indicated.
This structured approach helps avoid unnecessary testing, reduces the likelihood of false positives, and ensures your time and resources are used effectively. It begins with an initial consultation and sample collection, followed by a detailed follow-up appointment to review your results and carry out a full physical examination.
If your results suggest the need for further investigation or treatment, we will either continue that care at our clinic or help you transition back into the NHS with appropriate referral and handover.
